This policy explains what information Tennis Expense Tracker collects when you use the app, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Your family name and the names, birth years, and levels of any players you add.
- Expense records you enter — amounts, dates, vendors, descriptions, and categories.
- Tournament details you enter — name, location, and dates.
- Billing status and plan (Free, Premium Individual, Premium Family) if you subscribe.
We never collect or store your payment card number — that goes directly to our payment processor, Stripe (see Third parties below).
What we don't collect
We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
How we use your information
- To provide the service — show your family's players, expenses, and reports back to you.
- To process billing for paid plans, via Stripe.
- To send account emails — confirmation, password reset, and billing receipts.
We do not use your expense or player data for any purpose beyond displaying it back to your account, and we never sell your data.
Who can see your data
Only your own account. Your family's data is isolated from every other family at the database level, not just hidden in the app's interface.
Third parties
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
- Stripe — processes payments and stores your payment method. We never receive or store your card number.
- Vercel — hosts the application.
Data retention
Your data persists until you delete it or your account is deleted. You can edit or delete any player, expense, or tournament at any time from within the app.

Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify active users.
