1. The service

Tennis Expense Tracker ("the service") is a web application for tracking tennis-related expenses for a family or individual.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One family per account today.

3. Plans and billing

• The Free plan is available with the limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans (Individual, Family — monthly or yearly) are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything other than tracking your own (or your family's) tennis-related expenses.
• Attempt to access another account or family's data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including attempting to bypass authentication or access controls.
• Use the service to store data unrelated to its stated purpose.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — this is a tracking tool, not a source of truth for tax or legal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Totals shown on the dashboard and reports are computed from the data you enter and are only as accurate as that data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on any total or report it generates.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 4 above or that pose a security risk to other users.

9. Changes

We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify active users.
